IBM Maximo Technical Program Lead

About the role

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions. Serve as the technical lead for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), application architecture, integrations, data management, and cloud deployments. Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Design and maintain solutions supporting asset management, work management, inventory, procurement, maintenance, and operational business processes. Define and implement data governance, master data management, and data quality standards across Maximo and integrated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IBM Maximo with at least 5 years in Solution Architecture leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale IBM Maximo implementations across multiple industries.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications.
• Strong experience managing programs valued at $5M+ with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
