About the role
You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting Managed File Transfer, Integration Services, Document Management, API Enablement, and broader platform modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large-scale technology initiatives across Managed File Transfer, Integration Services, Document Management, API Enablement, platform modernization, migration, consolidation, and technical debt reduction programs.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, assumptions, readiness criteria, financial impacts, resource needs, risks, issues, and decisions across complex technology initiatives.
- Drive migration planning, deployment readiness, cutover activities, stabilization, adoption planning, and operational transition activities.
- Coordinate execution across engineering, architecture, operations, vendors, infrastructure teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery plans account for technical dependencies, integration requirements, support models, production readiness criteria, and operational success measures.
- Own delivery outcomes from initiation through post-implementation stabilization and operational handoff.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management, program management, technical program management, or technology delivery experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technology programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders within large enterprise environments.
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: API platforms and API management, Enterprise integration of architecture and services, Managed File Transfer platforms, Document and content management systems, Enterprise data flows and system integrations, Platform modernization, migration, or consolidation initiatives.
- Ability to understand system architecture, integration patterns, platform interactions, technical dependencies, and enterprise data flows.
- Experience partnering directly with architects, engineers, operations teams, platform owners, and technical leaders to deliver complex solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, gaps, dependencies, operational concerns, and delivery challenges early.
- Proven ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across highly matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

- Strong technical fluency and comfort engaging in discussions regarding system architecture, integration patterns, platform interactions, and enterprise data flows.
- Ability to challenge assumptions, validate technical approaches, understand delivery implications, and partner effectively with technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
