Responsibilities

• Enhance application code to implement look ahead logic for GDG databases at all production plexes
• Assist backup governance team in their interactions with AIT managers on 31 days retention of datasets, generating necessary evidence when 31 days retention is met by application teams or providing a list of gaps to AIT managers.
• Replace current CMDB extracts from remedy to ServiceNow and enhance the reconciliation process using data from ServiceNow.
• Provide production support for daily jobs covering CMDB feeds, MRA3 related backup inventory reports, and 31 days retention reports.
• Perform audit prescribed checks thoroughly on all reports before sending to Audit governance team.
