IBHS Clinical Director

Onsite position in Philadelphia, PA. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

About the role

The Clinical Director oversees the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program in the Philadelphia area, including school-based, home-based, and community-based behavioral health services for children and families. The role is primarily based in West Philadelphia and ensures effective service delivery and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed behavioral health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist, or psychiatrist) or a Master’s in a clinical behavioral health discipline
• Minimum of 2 years post-Master’s experience in direct behavioral health services
• Experience with IBHS programs and Community Behavioral Health
• Familiarity with PA Chapter 5240, OMHSAS, managed care, and licensing standards
• Supervisory experience with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Community-oriented and comfortable in public-facing roles

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional or relevant Master’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health services for children and families
• Experience working with school districts similar to Philadelphia
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for behavioral health services
• Proven leadership in clinical team supervision
• Ability to build collaborative community partnerships

Pay

$82,000.00 – $88,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
