The position sits at the intersection of business delivery, technical architecture, and operational governance, managing initiatives ranging from platform migrations and policy implementations to new capability deployments and organizational transformations in IAM.

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance boards and steering committee reviews; communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and business audiences.
  • Coordinate across infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams, managing dependencies and escalations proactively.
  • Provide technical project leadership on platform implementations (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, etc.) and track technical workstreams from design through deployment.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure solutions meet requirements, standards, and compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop and execute change management plans for organizational transitions.
  • Plan and manage cutover activities, rollbacks, and contingencies, supporting post‑implementation review.
  • Coordinate training and documentation for operations and support teams; develop operational runbooks and procedures for new capabilities.
  • Support knowledge transfer and team readiness.
  • Track and report project metrics (schedule variance, budget variance, scope adherence) and monitor value realization against post‑implementation targets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in IAM delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IAM platforms/architectures (Okta, Active Directory, PAM, IGA) and identity governance/compliance controls.
  • Advanced project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk) with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical architecture into business context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in project/program management; 5+ years managing IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects.
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience with enterprise IAM platforms (Okta, Saviynt, or equivalent) and proven success leading complex multi‑team initiatives and platform migrations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAFe/agile facilitation.
  • Knowledge of IAM governance standards (NIST, CIS, SOC 2) and zero‑trust frameworks.

Location

United States (remote or on‑site as required).

Pay

The U.S. national base salary range for this position is $88,200 – $163,800. Actual base salary will be based on factors including scope, complexity, relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. The role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus tied to company and individual performance.

Benefits

  • Flexible benefits tailored to each country, starting on day one, including health and welfare insurance plans, retirement programs, parental leave, adoption assistance, and wellbeing resources for employees and immediate families.
  • Travel perks such as weekly deals from major travel providers on flights, hotels, cruises, and car rentals.
