IAM Software Developer
About the role
A Developer with regulatory experience in Financial, Mortgage or Banking Industries. This is an on-site role in Winston-Salem, NC or Radnor, PA. 5 Days a week in office. This is a W2 position, please no C2C.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using OIDC, SAML, Identity Management, B2C, .NET & AWS Kiro
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Cloud & Networking Engineering and/or Cyber Security
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a developer
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in OIDC, SAML, Identity Management, B2C, .NET & AWS Kiro
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively manage and optimize development skills.
