IAM Software Developer

About the role

A Developer with regulatory experience in Financial, Mortgage or Banking Industries. This is an on-site role in Winston-Salem, NC or Radnor, PA. 5 Days a week in office. This is a W2 position, please no C2C.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using OIDC, SAML, Identity Management, B2C, .NET & AWS Kiro
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Cloud & Networking Engineering and/or Cyber Security
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a developer

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in OIDC, SAML, Identity Management, B2C, .NET & AWS Kiro
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively manage and optimize development skills.
