Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and support Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO, PingOne DaVinci, and PingDirectory.
- Implement Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
- Configure and support OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP integrations.
- Integrate enterprise applications with identity providers and authentication platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Resolve authentication, authorization, federation, token, directory, and access issues.
- Ensure the availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of IAM services.
- Implement IAM security controls and enterprise security best practices.
- Develop automation scripts and deployment processes.
- Support change management, disaster recovery, and business-continuity activities.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and architecture teams.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Support continuous improvement of IAM processes and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with the Ping Identity suite.
- Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne SSO, or PingOne DaVinci.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, federation, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP integrations.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Understanding of secure identity architecture and access-management principles.
- Experience supporting highly available enterprise IAM environments.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience automating Ping deployments and configurations.
- Knowledge of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with cloud-based identity services.
- Understanding of disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
