IAM Engineer (On-Site, No C2C)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Collaborate with leaders from other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Design and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency.
• Lead and manage IT projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to implementation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other IT team members.
• Conduct system audits to assess compliance with security and data privacy regulations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
• 20 Days Paid Time Off: Plus, the option to buy up to 5 extra days.
