Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing non-human identity solutions across SaaS platforms
- Leading IAM solution design and supporting SailPoint and identity governance
- Building and maintaining IAM integrations within CI/CD pipelines for secure, automated workflows
- Creating backend services using Java and Shell scripting
- Collaborating on REST API integrations and implementing API solutions with Swagger/OpenAPI
- Establishing access controls, identity lifecycle management, and governance processes
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering technical growth
- Participating in Agile practices and integrating IAM solutions with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Qualifications & Skills
- 12+ years in IAM, with deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance
- Backend development experience with Java and Shell scripting
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and C# development
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and leading technical initiatives
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SailPoint, Non-Human Identity, DevOps/CI/CD integrations, and SaaS platform integrations
