IAM Architect / Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Lead to drive the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign On (SSO), and Identity Lifecycle Management domains.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IAM architecture and integration patterns across enterprise applications and platforms.
• SailPoint IIQ identity governance, access requests, certifications, provisioning workflows, RBAC, SoD
• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) identity synchronization, lifecycle management, connectors, user provisioning/deprovisioning
• Imprivata SSO, authentication workflows, clinical access integration, user experience optimization
• Drive migration initiatives such as legacy identity platforms to SailPoint IIQ / MIM / Delinea aligned target architecture.
• Ensure IAM controls support compliance requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and internal security policies.

Requirements

Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IAM roles.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including IGA, PAM, SSO, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and Imprivata SSO.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
