IAM Architect

Lutz, FL – 4 days onsite

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Perform hands-on work with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Design and lead IAM architecture, including integration with ServiceNow for automated workflows and service management.
• Manage user lifecycle processes: onboarding, provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
• Develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with enterprise security requirements.
• Design and enforce access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification.
• Build and manage identity provisioning and access request workflows across enterprise applications.
• Secure privileged accounts, access controls, password management, and session security.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to define and deliver IAM initiatives from design through implementation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID) and traditional Active Directory (AD).
• Proven experience in IAM architecture, design, and implementation leadership.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of user lifecycle management.
• Experience with access governance, RBAC, and access certification.
• Ability to develop and manage identity provisioning and access request workflows.
• Strong understanding of privileged account management, access controls, password management, and session security.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
