About the Role
Rolling Hills Hospital, a state-of-the-art 130-bed inpatient treatment facility in Franklin, Tennessee (just south of Nashville), provides mental health treatment for adolescents, adults, senior adults with co-occurring disorders, and chemical dependency issues. We are seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and provide medication management services in an inpatient setting, with occasional outpatient work for PTO coverage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient evaluations and medication management
- Work in close collaboration with an adult psychiatrist
- Treat general mental health conditions, including some detox patients
- Primary caseload of adults and older adults; occasional assistance with adolescents
- Optional weekend call available for extra compensation
Requirements
- Tennessee APRN License (or ability to obtain)
- ANCC Board Certification
- One year of PMHNP practice experience preferred (inpatient experience not required)
