Maintenance and Repair

• Maintain and repair electrical, electronic, and pneumatic components on compressor units, generator units, and pump units.
• Inspect, calibrate, repair, test, adjust, install, and remove all electronic equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and make repairs on automatic valves, motor starters, meggers, electrical motors, pneumatic and electronic instrumentation, electrical control panels, generator control panels, generators, and switchgears.

Inspection and Testing

• Perform daily routine checks for obvious signs of electrical and instrumentation failure, such as loose hanging wires, junction boxes, lighting, leaking tubing, and stuck shuttle valves.

Tools and Equipment

• Use hand and power tools, electrical and electronic measuring and test devices, diagnostic equipment, vendor literature, technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.

Technologies

• Familiar with Allen Bradley PLCs, Rosemont and Siemens transmitters, Versa valves, Westlock indicators, and Fisher control valves.
