I&E Controls Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks by following detailed instructions.
- Ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
- Assist with simple installation tasks, adhering to provided guidelines.
- Manage standard site tasks based on clear and specific requests.
- Support quality assurance by adhering to strict quality standards during all tasks.
- Follow straightforward procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards and complies with both external regulations and internal codes of conduct.
- Adhere to a range of mandatory instructions, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Be physically able to perform job duties and must be medically certifiable to wear respiratory protection equipment.
- Be able to read electrical blueprints and follow control circuitry concepts, including intrinsically safe circuits.
- Be familiar with N.E.C. / I.S.A. construction standards and power systems.
- Able to perform job duties with a minimum of supervision.
- Four years of experience in industrial electrical/instrument maintenance or equivalent.
