As an I&E Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and instrumentation construction projects in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, directly contributing to the success of vital energy operations. You'll work with a skilled team and collaborate closely with clients and contractors to deliver results that meet industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination of electrical and instrumentation construction projects
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Inspect construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Approve or reject construction work based on compliance and quality benchmarks
- Communicate regularly with clients and contractors to keep projects on track
- Resolve construction disputes swiftly and professionally
- Stay current on the latest construction technologies to improve project outcomes
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Experience working in the oil and gas industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to inspect construction sites and ensure safety and quality
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in overseeing electrical and instrumentation projects

Compensation & Schedule
Target pay rate of $80-$90 per hour; work schedule: 10/4 rotation, 8-10 hours per day; contract duration: 12 months+.
