About the role

Press1toTalk is hiring a key salesperson to focus on our call tracking product. We serve businesses of all sizes—small, medium, and large—with packages starting at $49/month for small businesses, up to large clients using tens of thousands of call tracking minutes per month (local and national toll-free DIDs). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently from a home office, manage their own schedule, and drive sales through phone calls or in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling to businesses of all sizes
• Work in a growth-oriented company, demonstrating results month over month
• Stay well-versed in telephony and the importance of call tracking and analytics
• Collaborate closely with the owner to ensure excellent client service
• Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
• Additional duties as assigned
• Long-term: hire, train, and motivate a sales team

Requirements

• Demonstrated successful sales track record in solution-based services
• Strong communication skills across all mediums (email, phone, in-person)
• Prior inside or outside sales experience
• Ability to plan, organize, and multitask effectively
• Performance-driven with motivation to exceed sales goals
• Highly professional with the ability to present strategic solutions

Pay

Salary plus commission, with quarterly and year-end bonuses.
