Hyundai Product Specialist

Kocourek is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Hyundai Product Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity to represent an exciting Hyundai lineup while helping customers find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle, needs, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and create a positive, professional experience
• Learn and confidently present the Hyundai lineup, including models, features, technology, safety, and value
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection, demonstration, and test-drive process
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right Hyundai
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and available options
• Work with the Finance Department to present financing and leasing options
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales process
• Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales processes
• Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to achieve individual and dealership goals

Requirements

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred—but automotive experience is not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, professional, and enthusiastic personality
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable learning new technology and product information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Schedule

Full-time with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.
