Hypnotherapist (Independent Contractor, Remote)

About the role

Joymind is a leading virtual hypnotherapy platform, designed to help clients achieve meaningful transformation through accessible, high-quality sessions. We handle marketing, sales, billing, and client support - so our practitioners can stay focused on delivering powerful hypnotherapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one hypnotherapy sessions (typically 50 minutes per session)
• Assess client needs and tailor sessions to support individual goals
• Deliver high-quality hypnotherapy sessions
• Build rapport and foster a positive, supportive client experience
• Submit session recordings through the Joymind platform
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Requirements

• Consistent weekly availability of at least 20 hours preferred; more is a plus
• High-quality camera and microphone for virtual sessions
• Comfortable recording and submitting client hypnosis session recordings
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and maintain consistent appointment availability

Qualifications

• Certification in hypnotherapy, including completion of the one-year program from Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI)
• Background in mental health, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Experience in coaching, wellness, or other therapeutic practices

Pay

Approx. $50 per standard session

Schedule

Consistent weekly availability of at least 20 hours preferred; more is a plus
