This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations while growing within a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services
  • Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals
  • Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices
  • Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives
  • Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation
  • Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries
  • Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities
  • Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships
  • Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction
  • Anticipate and proactively address operational needs
  • Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
  • Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required)
  • Experience: 1+ year in sales (required)
  • Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred)

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

  • Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided)
