This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations while growing within a dynamic, health-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
- Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
- Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
- Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
- Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
- Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
- Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
- Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
- Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
- Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
- Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
- Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
- Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
- Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
- Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
- Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
- Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.
