Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in guests, phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
- Deliver an exceptional first impression that reflects Restore's commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the daily appointment calendar.
- Check clients in and out while ensuring a smooth, organized experience.
- Maintain an inviting, clean, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Accurately complete client profiles, waivers, documentation, and payment processing.
- Conduct engaging studio tours for prospective clients.
- Educate clients on Restore's therapies, memberships, services, and retail offerings.
- Identify client goals and recommend personalized wellness solutions.
- Confidently present memberships, packages, and service upgrades.
- Follow up with prospective clients, inactive members, and existing clients to strengthen relationships and encourage continued engagement.
- Support studio sales initiatives through referrals, renewals, upgrades, and retail recommendations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support marketing campaigns, community events, and local partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records using company systems.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and studio leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable discussing memberships and recommending services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience working in wellness, fitness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or healthcare.
- Previous front desk or reception experience.
- CRM, POS, or client management software experience.
- Membership sales or consultative sales experience.
