Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in guests, phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Deliver an exceptional first impression that reflects Restore's commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the daily appointment calendar.
  • Check clients in and out while ensuring a smooth, organized experience.
  • Maintain an inviting, clean, and professional front desk and reception area.
  • Accurately complete client profiles, waivers, documentation, and payment processing.
  • Conduct engaging studio tours for prospective clients.
  • Educate clients on Restore's therapies, memberships, services, and retail offerings.
  • Identify client goals and recommend personalized wellness solutions.
  • Confidently present memberships, packages, and service upgrades.
  • Follow up with prospective clients, inactive members, and existing clients to strengthen relationships and encourage continued engagement.
  • Support studio sales initiatives through referrals, renewals, upgrades, and retail recommendations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Support marketing campaigns, community events, and local partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records using company systems.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and studio leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable discussing memberships and recommending services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience working in wellness, fitness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or healthcare.
  • Previous front desk or reception experience.
  • CRM, POS, or client management software experience.
  • Membership sales or consultative sales experience.

Pay
