Job Description

Candidates must reside in the State of Wisconsin or relocate at their own expense within 30-60 days of hire. Candidate works remotely but may be called into the office at any time for special business meetings or at the request of their supervisor.

Desired

  • Experience with Hyland OnBase modules (1 yrs)
  • Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition (1 yrs)
  • ShareBase, Unity forms, Image forms, Docusign and Topaz signature integrations (1 yrs)

Preferred Certifications/Licenses

  • BA, ADA and/or Hyland OnBase

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, and storyboarding sessions to identify business objectives, functionality gaps and business process
  • Provide system analysis to identify integrations and assess impact to existing process and functions across teams
  • Aid the project manager with creating a work breakdown structure from requirements, entering and managing tasks in Jira, and note taking during meetings
  • Act as the main communication channel linking operational teams, subject matter experts, and development teams
  • Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria, execute test plans, and validate system fixes
  • Cookordinate the resolution of UAT/testing feedback with developers and incorporate ADA compliance into the UAT/QA process
  • Oversee end-to-end SDLC from system specification prep to final deployment and end-user training
  • Lead software demonstrations or training sessions, draft user-facing documentation and knowledge articles, create how-to videos, and assist with customer support (policy/process/how-to questions)
