Smile Crafters is a growing dental practice that thrives on the expertise of our highly trained team. We are seeking a passionate Dental Hygienist to join our supportive and collaborative environment, delivering the utmost standard of care to our patients.

Pay

$50+/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
• Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
• Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planning
• Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
• Educating patients on oral health and the mouth-body connection
• Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Open to new grads and experienced hygienists
• Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to connect with diverse patient populations
