What You'll Do
- Confirm hygiene patients and assist with confirming some doctor appointments
- Help fill openings in the hygiene schedule
- Verify dental insurance
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule new patients
- Auxiliary work as a backup Treatment Coordinator for smaller cases
- Print routing slips for the next business day
- Help prepare for morning opportunity meetings
- Auxiliary work with mail, scanning, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working in a dental office
- A warm, bubbly, and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Someone who is flexible and enjoys being part of a team
- Proactive and highly organized
- Experience with Dentrix is highly preferred
- Experience with Dental Intel is a plus
- Social media experience is a bonus!

Pay

Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 6:50 AM-4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM (not every Friday)
