About the role

Join the Badger team as a Hydrovac Operator and use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment to safely excavate around utilities
• Perform precise digging to expose underground utilities without damage
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain safety protocols
• Collaborate with crew members on construction and utility projects
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific guidelines

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Prior experience operating hydrovac equipment or related heavy machinery
• Strong understanding of safe excavation practices
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and precision

Pay

$30.00 per hour and up based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement.
