Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to the leaching process and leach field construction
• Assist with and perform pipe fusions using a fusing machine
• Understand plant nomenclature, including sumps, pumps, and leaching areas
• Knowledge of various evaporative spray heads and drip systems; assist with and perform proper placement on leach fields
• Assist with and perform clay treatment, which may include using a filter press
• Assist with loading, delivering, and unloading pipe and materials
• Operate mobile equipment such as skid-steer loaders, forklifts, boom trucks, and light-duty vehicles
• Assist with maintenance activities
• Perform area housekeeping
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Three (3) months of experience in one of the following areas:
  • Mining/Manufacturing
  • Industrial Operations
  • Commercial Construction
  • Commercial Landscaping
  • Commercial Agriculture
• Must have completed academic and practical competencies (including Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where applicable) and demonstrate the required aptitude
• Must pass a written assessment based on skills, abilities, academic knowledge, and safety
• May be required to pass a medical exam
• Must pass all required training and/or testing
• May be required to work a non-standard schedule, including shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

Pay

The estimated pay range for this role is $20.00 - $26.50/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
