Hydroblasting Technician

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking HydroBlaster/Field Technicians in Superior, WI to work at various customer locations. This role involves setting up and assisting with water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing, and other field responsibilities while representing HPC-Industrial in client interactions. Transitioning military personnel are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Operate manual and automated Hydroblasting equipment, Ultra High-Pressure pumps, and specialized cleaning equipment.
• Energize pumping equipment, vacuum trucks, and cutting equipment as required for the job.
• Inspect cleaned surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations.
• Conduct routine and required maintenance on equipment, including industrial vacuuming equipment and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous materials.
• Perform maintenance on company equipment used on the job.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Specific vocational preparation, including classroom safety training, on-the-job training, and relevant experience.
• English language proficiency to comprehend safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving policy when operating company or personal vehicles for work.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment operation, such as fire extinguishers.
• Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required.

Pay

Competitive wages ranging from $24 to $30 per hour.
