Hydro Solutions Engineer
HybridFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Use
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Work Authorization", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Accessibility Assistance", "About Us", "Why Emerson", etc. Also remove "No calls or agencies please." Also remove location list? Location is part of job description; we can include maybe in About the role? The posting includes location: "This position can be located in our Blue Bell, PA, Cranberry Township, PA, Amherst, WI, Novi, MI, or Charlotte, NC office." That's substantive; we can include in About the role paragraph.
We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe "For This Role, You Will Need:" list). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills maybe not separate; but we have skills embedded in responsibilities and qualifications. Could combine? The instruction: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred). Skills maybe not separate; we could omit Skills heading if no dedicated content. Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits under "Our Culture & Commitment to You". That includes benefits: medical insurance, dental/vision, EAP, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, employee resource groups, recognition, flexible time off, paid parental leave, etc. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: not specified; no pay info. So omit Pay. Schedule: not specified; omit Schedule.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Hydropower Solutions Engineer.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

We must ensure no extra sections like Skills, Pay, Schedule. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Our Culture & Commitment to You" heading; we turned that into Benefits. The paragraph about culture could be omitted? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The culture paragraph includes statements about valuing employees, innovation, collaboration, diverse perspectives, career development, inclusive culture, mentorship, training, leadership opportunities, wellbeing, flexible benefits, etc. Some of that is covered in Benefits but also some cultural statements. Should we include a section for Culture? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those eight. So we must fit culture info into existing sections if possible, or maybe we can omit? The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't forbid adding other headings, but says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also add other headings? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are the allowed headings; we should not create other headings. So we must embed culture details into Benefits or About the role etc. The culture paragraph includes: "At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow. We foster an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and diverse perspectives—because we know that great ideas come from great teams. Our commitment to ongoing career development and growing an inclusive culture ensures you have the support to thrive. Whether through mentorship, training, or leadership opportunities, we invest in your success so you can make a lasting impact. We believe diverse teams, working together are key to driving growth and delivering business results. We recognize the importance of employee wellbeing. We prioritize providing flexible, competitive benefits plans to meet you and your family’s physical, mental, financial, and social needs. We provide a variety of medical insurance plans, with dental and vision coverage, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, employee resource groups, recognition, and much more. Our culture offers flexible time off plans, including paid parental leave (maternal and paternal), vacation and holiday leave."
We already captured benefits. The rest about valuing employees, innovation, collaboration, diverse perspectives, career development, mentorship, training, leadership opportunities, inclusive culture, wellbeing could be placed in About the role or maybe a separate section but not allowed. Could we add a section "About the role" and include that culture info there? The About the role currently is about the job; we could extend it to include culture statements. That would preserve all substantive info. Let's do that: In About the role paragraph, after location sentence, add a sentence about Emerson's culture: "At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow, fostering innovation, collaboration, and diverse perspectives, with commitment to career development, inclusive culture, mentorship, training, leadership opportunities, and employee wellbeing." That captures.
Thus we keep Benefits as benefits specifics.
Now ensure no duplicated lines. Check we didn't repeat any lines from original. We paraphrased but kept substance. Must not invent. Our paraphrasing is okay as long as we keep meaning. Should we keep exact phrases? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Paraphrasing is okay as long as not losing detail. We must ensure we didn't lose any detail. Let's list all substantive info from original:
