Hydro Control Operator

Responsibilities

• In charge of the project and dispatches duties
• Makes sure to monitor flows and adjust generation for various projects
• Qualified as a Hydro Operator A
• Provides direction in establishing and issuing tagouts on hydro facilities
• Maintains operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups
• Power Generation operation experience
