Hydraulic Systems Assembly & Test Technician

About the role

The primary responsibility is to assemble and test hydraulic systems under supervision. This includes reading blueprints, using hand tools, and operating precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on assembled systems to ensure they meet required standards.
• Operate precision measuring instruments to verify system performance.
• Work alongside engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly and testing of mechanical or hydraulic systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic principles and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in the use of hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Hourly rate of $19 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
