Clinical Research Coordinator II – Oncology Ability to travel between McHenry, Huntley, and Lake Forest Sites Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health science, biological science, nursing, or related field MUST HAVE 3+ years of clinical research experience MUST HAVE phlebotomy, EKGs, vitals, and specimen processing experience MUST HAVE Experience With Patient recruitment and enrollmentStudy protocolsEMR and EDC systemsSponsor or investigator-initiated studiesOncology clinical trial experienceExperience working directly with sponsors and monitorsKnowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and IRB processesCCRC, CCRP, SOCRA, or similar certification Responsibilities Coordinate clinical trials in compliance with protocols, GCP, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and institutional policiesScreen, recruit, consent, and enroll study participantsSchedule study visits and coordinate research procedures, testing, and follow-up activitiesServe as the primary contact for patients, sponsors, and study teamsMaintain source documentation, regulatory files, and study recordsEnter and manage data in EDC systems and institutional databasesMonitor patient safety and report adverse events as requiredSupport sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and inspectionsTrack enrollment, study milestones, and protocol complianceCollaborate with investigators and clinic teams to successfully implement and manage studies Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of McHenry, IL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
