Staff Security Engineer
About the role
Anduril is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience with Go (Golang) or Rust, experience with IAM and Identity Providers like Okta and Azure AD, hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools, cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, PCI/CD and automation experience, and experience designing and building scalable identity and access management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient IAM solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security policies and procedures
- Perform security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and IAM
Requirements
- Strong programming experience with Go (Golang) or Rust
- Experience with IAM and Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD)
- Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- PCI/CD and automation experience
- Experience designing and building scalable identity and access management solutions
Nice to have
- RBAC, ABAC, OPA, Cedar
- Distributed systems troubleshooting
- Security engineering or IAM architecture experience
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications preferred
