Hybrid Senior Trial Attorney

We are a highly regarded law firm seeking an accomplished attorney to join our litigation and trial group. Our firm handles a variety of industries and areas, including employment, contract, insurance coverage, liability, complex commercial disputes, and other business and civil litigation.

About the role

As an integral member of the team, you will manage a diverse caseload from intake to settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have extensive trial experience, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and provide top-tier representation for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake to settlement or trial
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Handle jury and bench trials
• Collaborate in a collegial environment
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the Arizona Bar
• 6 or more years of defense and/or plaintiff litigation experience
• Extensive experience with jury and bench trials
• Proficient in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines
