About the role
A healthcare organization in Connecticut is seeking a Senior Benefits & Compensation Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role shaping both compensation strategy and benefits performance within a stable, mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations to ensure competitive, equitable pay
- Maintain pay ranges and support annual compensation cycles and incentive plan administration
- Support day-to-day operations of health, welfare, and retirement programs, including plan performance and cost analysis
- Prepare dashboards, pay equity analyses, and executive-level reporting
- Lead annual enrollment timelines, communications, and system updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field and 5-7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards (or CEBS/CBP certification with 3-5 years, or 7+ years of LOA administration experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Pay
$110,000 - $120,000
