Hybrid Remote/Onsite Dietitian
Location: Bloomington, IL and the surrounding area
Schedule: Part time; Up to 29 hours per week
Requirement: Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR #
About the role
Provides comprehensive support to senior living communities, delivering onsite coverage for local accounts and remote services for those outside the immediate area. Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in senior living, working with a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Contribute to QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
Pay
Hourly Pay: $35 - $40 per hour
