Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and families
• Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation in our EMR system
• Deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners
• Advocate for client well-being and access to resources
• Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing clinical development

Requirements

• A current Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT
• We welcome emerging talent including New graduates and bachelor’s-level licensed professionals
• A genuine commitment to supporting youth and families in their mental health journey
• Interest or background in trauma-informed care and family systems approaches
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in school-based or community environments, adapting to client needs

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mental health or counseling
• Licenses: Current Ohio license required

Skills

• Strong therapeutic skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EMR)

Pay

Earn up to $65,000 base per year, based on license, experience, and language skills AND additional bonus opportunities.
