This role is a BCBA and functions as a leader within the team, providing clinical oversight and mentorship while maintaining a manageable caseload.
You Will Oversee and support a team of mid-level clinicians and behavior technicians Ensure quality ABA programming and meaningful client progress Collaborate with families and caregivers to drive outcomes Provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance Embrace and champion the latest in ABA technology and clinical approaches
