Hybrid RBT and ABA Case Supervisor
About the role
This isn’t just an entry-level role — and it’s not quite a full supervisory position either. It’s a hands-on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders. At CSD, Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings.
Starting Pay
Starting Pay: $27-$32 per hour, based on experience

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
- One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
- Comfort working with diverse populations
