Hybrid Pharmacist - Retail/Centralized Onsite

Role Overview This position involves ensuring accurate compounding, dispensing, review, and verification of medications in compliance with regulations and policies. It includes providing pharmacy consulting services through various channels, offering preventive and clinical healthcare services such as immunizations and diagnostic testing, and supporting efficient pharmacy operations. The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing inventory, processing insurance claims, and engaging in community outreach to promote growth. Key Responsibilities Perform pharmacist duties including medication management and drug therapy reviews.Enhance patient experience through consultations and wellness services.Support patient registration, issue resolution, and product reviews.Provide team support, training, and foster teamwork.Analyze performance data; optimize workflows and inventory management.Maintain regulatory adherence and develop provider relationships.Stay updated on pharmacy systems, process insurance claims, and participate in community activities.Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards.Maintain professional licensing and stay current with industry trends. Qualifications & Skills BS or Doctorate in Pharmacy with active licensure.Experience with prescription dispensing and knowledge of controlled substances.Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one.Ability to work across diverse environments and travel if needed.Preferred experience in pharmacy operations, technology, and specialized medication services.
