A hybrid Family Law Partner for a rapidly expanding department at a full-service law firm in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

• Advised clients on family law matters
• Handled complex family law cases
• Developed and managed a portable book of business
• Grew a book of business with the firm

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Family Law
• Admitted to the Texas Bar and licensed to practice law in Texas

Qualifications

• Eagerness to be a strong business generator
• Competitive base and bonus structure
• 30% share of case fees as a non-equity partner
• 401K with a 3% match
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Encouraged to be in the office but not mandated
