A hybrid Family Law Partner for a rapidly expanding department at a full-service law firm in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Responsibilities
- Advised clients on family law matters
- Handled complex family law cases
- Developed and managed a portable book of business
- Grew a book of business with the firm
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Family Law
- Admitted to the Texas Bar and licensed to practice law in Texas
Qualifications
- Eagerness to be a strong business generator
- Competitive base and bonus structure
- 30% share of case fees as a non-equity partner
- 401K with a 3% match
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Encouraged to be in the office but not mandated
