This role is essential in ensuring accurate coding of diagnostic, procedural, and surgical information that supports proper reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.The Coding Specialist plays a key role in revenue cycle success by evaluating provider documentation, resolving coding denials, supporting education initiatives, and ensuring compliance with coding standards.
