Hybrid- Lease Admin Analyst
Description
As a Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms. Under limited supervision, you will uphold the integrity of a real estate portfolio data for a large, complex global portfolio of clients. You will assist asset managers in reviewing invoices and contractual terms.
Financial Administration & Support
- Conduct purchase order lifecycle for leased asset portfolio, requesting POs, tracking and monitoring POs, and ensuring funds are appropriately allocated.
- Oversee account payable, validating invoices meet contractual terms and resolving or escalating billing discrepancies to the Asset Manager.
- Monitor and report on invoices to ensure billings align with vendor obligations and agreed-upon financial terms.
Compliance & Certificate Management
- Proactively collect, track, and maintain all required industry certificates from the leased service providers to ensure portfolio-wide compliance.
- Ensure service providers adhere to mandatory regulatory and internal operational standards.
Contractual & Operational Support
- Provide support for periodic and ad hoc reviews of vendor contracts to ensure alignment with current operational requirements.
- Deliver reporting to the lease asset management team and leads regarding vendor compliance and status.
Must Have Skills
- Leasing asset management experience (ideal but not required).
- Experienced in revising portfolios and invoices for small to medium-sized clients.
- Experience in commercial real estate, reviewing invoices, POs, and contracts.
- Knowledgeable in reviewing invoices for rent.
- Experience in this space, including AP/PO and lease administration.
- Experience in an apartment leasing office is not suitable.
Nice to Have Skills
- Commercial real estate experience.
- Experience in data center space.
- Proficient with spreadsheets, creating formulas, running reports, managing extensive, detailed spreadsheets using Google Suites.
Education
A preferred bachelor's degree but not required.
Software Skills
- Google Suites.
- Reporting tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
- Salesforce experience.
Pay
$23.00 - $25.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
