About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened to join the North America Packaging Team as a Packaging Engineer. This pivotal role touches every product taken to market, working with customers in category/platform management to support packaging development for new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with customers in category and platform management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Science, Industrial Design, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with TOPS palletization software.
• Advanced skills in ArtiosCAD (background in corrugated box design preferred).
• Experience with International Paper, Westrock, or Pratt is a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and support projects on a self-directed basis.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.

Schedule

• Duration: 6+ months (may extend).
• Hybrid schedule: Required onsite in Roswell, Georgia on Tuesday and Wednesday; remote Monday and Thursday.
• 30 hours/week (may increase if needed).
• Core hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET.
