Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in tax software and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Hybrid International Tax Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a CPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage international tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Develop and implement effective international tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice on international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and business restructurings.
- Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
- Identify and manage tax risks and opportunities, keeping up-to-date with the latest international tax laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors, as well as internal stakeholders, to resolve tax-related issues.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
