Southern Alliance Radiology (SOAR) is seeking a Breast Imaging / Diagnostic Radiologist to join our growing, physician-led practice supporting hospitals across Georgia. This is a unique hybrid opportunity offering a blend of breast imaging and diagnostic radiology within a collaborative subspecialty practice.
About the Role
This role is intentionally structured to provide onsite procedural breast coverage with remote flexibility for diagnostic reading, creating a sustainable and highly flexible long-term practice model. The position offers:
- Approximately 60% Breast Imaging / 40% Diagnostic Radiology
- Onsite coverage for breast procedures and patient-facing imaging days
- Remote diagnostic reading flexibility outside of onsite procedural coverage
- Collaborative environment with fellowship-trained radiologists across:
- Breast Imaging
- Neuroradiology
- MSK
- Interventional Radiology
- Pediatrics

Requirements
- Breast/Mammo fellowship preferred but not required
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- MQSA preferred for Breast Imaging
- Licensed or ability to obtain a license in the state of Georgia

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $500,000-$550,000
