Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for member inquiries.
• Deliver personalized support with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
• Simplify complex financial products and services into clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
• Assist members with accounts, debit and credit cards, loans, savings products, retirement planning, and more.
• Use technology and multiple systems to efficiently resolve questions and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.
• Create positive experiences that strengthen member relationships and reinforce trust.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $19.50 per hour. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.

Schedule

This is a Contract to Hire hybrid position based in Martinsburg, WV.
