About the role

Vironix Health, a fast-growing Virtual Care Management company, is hiring Medical Assistants and LPNs to support a busy Nephrology practice in Langhorne, PA. The role involves learning new Virtual Care skills and reliably showing up on-site when scheduled. In return, the position offers a flexible career opportunity with above-average earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• 90% of your income: Perform Virtual Clinical Monitoring tasks from your laptop, including calling assigned patients, following up on vital signs and lifestyle data, documenting conversations, and working in the proprietary EMR system. This work can be done at home or on-site.
• 10% of your income: On-site visits to a Primary Care Practice 2–3 times per week to enroll patients into the Vironix Remote Monitoring Program.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification or LPN License (or ability to attain quickly)
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to be on-site in Langhorne 3 times per week
• Own a laptop and reliable transportation
• Willingness to train and learn new Clinical Monitoring Skills
• Comfortable working as a 1099 / Independent Contractor (no health insurance provided; paid once per month)
• Tech-savvy

Pay

• Pay for performance: Hourly pay ranging from approximately $22–$28 per hour, depending on efficiency
• Monthly paychecks ranging from $3,000–$6,000, depending on workload and efficiency
