About the role

The Hybrid Clinical Supervisor In-Training / Behavior Analysis Trainee position offers a unique opportunity to support clinical services while gaining valuable training in behavior analysis. This role combines both in-person and remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff in providing comprehensive behavioral health services
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to trainees and interns
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, or related field
• Experience in behavioral health or related field
• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA)
• Passing score on the Board Certified Assistant in Behavior Analysis (BCaBA) exam
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
