About the Role

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

• Achievable targets: average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
• Industry-leading dual bonus program with two separate bonus opportunities:
  • Productivity Bonus: increase your earning potential through flexible productivity incentives designed to reward additional billable hours while maintaining work-life balance.
  • ABA Caseload Bonus: earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with bonus potential up to 10% of monthly base salary.
• Growth and advancement opportunities through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 billable hours per week.

• Administrative support: dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, allowing you to focus on clinical care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.

• Earning potential: $108,000 - $135,000 (salary + productivity bonus), plus up to an additional 10% of monthly salary with a second bonus.
