Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote / In-Person
Job Summary
At Centria Autism, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-person settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-person settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

- Weekly in-person supervision required

- Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
